Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service value, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Appointments canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount (100%) will be charged to the card on file. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time are not guaranteed service. If accommodating a late arrival is not possible, GF EnForêt Head Spa reserves the right to retain the 50% deposit as a penalty fee.
