🕒 Before Your Appointment

Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Yes, we recommend booking ahead of time to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but not guaranteed.

Q: Is a deposit required to hold my appointment?
A: Yes, a deposit and a valid credit card on file are required to confirm your reservation. Appointments without a deposit may be canceled.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged in full. Please refer to our full cancellation policy for details.

Q: Can I get a treatment if I’m pregnant?
A: Yes, we welcome guests up to 26 weeks pregnant. If you're able to lie comfortably for 50–75 minutes and sign a waiver, you are welcome to enjoy the service.

Q: Should I wash my hair before coming in?
A: No need to wash in advance — our treatments include full scalp cleansing.

Q: I have a medical condition — is it still safe to receive a head spa?
A: If you have any underlying health conditions, we recommend checking with your doctor first. Certain conditions may require us to postpone or decline the service for your safety. Please see our health policy for more details.​

Q: Can my friend and I get the Head Spa done at the same time?

A: Yes, we can accommodate two guests at the same time! Please let us know when booking so we can schedule your appointments side by side and ensure you both enjoy a relaxing experience together.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes, convenient parking is available near our location or feel free to street park or use the parking lot from train station across the street.
